Rotating Turntable

The 360° continuous-rotation turntable features heavy-duty slewing bearings and precision gear drives, allowing stable platform positioning at any angle. Our patented anti-sway system minimizes movement during operation.

Hydraulic Power System

A dual-circuit hydraulic system with load-sensing pumps delivers consistent power while preventing overloads. The leak-proof fittings and temperature-compensated valves maintain performance in extreme conditions (-20°C to 50°C).

  • Ground Control Panel:Ground control panels from PG and Bosch Rexroth offer precise electrical system control. PG panels are used for electric articulated lifts with platform heights up to 16m, while Bosch Rexroth panels are for those 18m and above. Both feature an IP65 waterproof design, an emergency stop button, and an interlock for platform access.
  • Platform Control Panel:Workers can operate the machine from the platform using user-friendly PG and Bosch Rexroth control panels, matching those on the ground. These panels are designed with significant safety considerations for reliable performance.
  • Four-Wheel Drive System:The advanced four-wheel AC drive technologyand steering differential control technology significantly reduce tire wear and prevent motor overload.
  • Sensor:Sensors detect and transmit displacement, inclination, pressure, and other signals to the control system, allowing it to implement appropriate control strategies based on the machine’s operational state.

  • Drag Chains:International brand drag chains for the telescopic jib provide secure protection and guidance for internal cables, extending their lifespan within the booms.
  • Oil Tank and Emergency Power Supply:The oil tank stores and supplies hydraulic oil to the system. An emergency power supply, along with an emergency power switch and pumps, ensures booms can be retracted even if the main motor fails, offering a critical double safety feature.
  • Battery:KIRIN Series Articulated Boom Lifts come standard with a 48V/420Ah lead-acid battery, with lithium batteries available as an option. For long-term storage, fully charge the battery to maintain its service life.
  • Turntable:360° turntable continuous rotation helps the platform to reach worksites flexibly.
